There are routine process details that, while subtle, consistently cause conflicts for many EMS medics and billers. The result is lower and slower reimbursements, not to mention higher frustration for staff and patients alike.

Watch the webinar on demand, "Charting for Billing Success: We’re All on the Same Team," during which ZOLL Data Systems implementation specialists,  Amanda Lee and Justin Cooley, will share what billers need from a patient care report to submit a clean claim and how technology can be leveraged to optimize the process for both medics and billers.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Educate medics on why complete, timely, and accurate charts are so important for billing higher levels of service.

  • Use processes and technology that will transform your workplace from contentious to cohesive.

  • Configure and set chart defaults and data validations to foster clear, complete documentation.

  • Establish charting quality assurance (QA) before the billing stage to reduce flags back to providers.

  • Find and add missing demographic and insurance information.

Plus, you’ll earn one CEU while you learn!
