About the Speaker

Justin Frum has served in the public safety sector for over 24 years, with a unique background in both fire rescue services and law enforcement. He currently serves the citizens and guests of Pasco County Florida as the Deputy Fire Chief/Fire Marshal, for Pasco County Fire Rescue, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration, as well as several Florida state executive fire officer designations. He is pursuing a master’s in public administration.

About the Speaker

Jessica Miner joined ZOLL Data Systems in April of 2021, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the software development industry to her role as product owner for ZOLL Fire Reports and RescueNet® FireRMS. Jessica is an Agile specialist who has held positions such as scrum master, product owner, release train engineer, and Agile coach. Most recently, she worked as a senior product manager for American Express for 14 years. She has additional experience as an emergency medical technician and firefighter working for rural and city departments.
