With a focus on innovation required to shift from fee for service to value, Ms. Forde currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships for ZOLL Data Systems. She is a nationally known speaker and author on emergency medicine coding and reimbursement issues. Ms. Forde has hosted HFMA webinars, been quoted by HealthLeaders magazine and is a frequent contributor to several national media outlets. She serves in a variety of committee roles for the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA), and the Urgent Care Association (UCA). Juli is currently a member of the Board of Directors of EDPMA and is one of a select few non-physician members of the ACEP Coding and Nomenclature Committee.

John Larscheid is the Director of Sales Strategy for ABILITY Network, and is an award-winning revenue cycle management (RCM) professional who has acquired in-depth industry and technical insights within population health management. For the last eight years John has assisted national organizations with complex solution-based programmatic connectivity, who in turn create software applications that assist with the clinical complexities of healthcare. John has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, having worked with some of the nation’s largest electronic health record (EHR), HR, durable medical equipment (DME), and clearinghouse vendors, including WebMD, SAGE Healthcare, Emdeon (CHANGE Healthcare) and Apria Healthcare, in roles including medical biller, clinical support technician, business operations, and product management.
