Marie Johnson, MA, CAC, is the Vice President of Billing at CentraSol, LLC in Burleson, Texas. Marie has been in billing for 15 years with the last 8 years in EMS. In 2008, Marie was the first person in the country to obtain the Certified Ambulance Coder designation. Marie is the co-owner of an EMS Billing & Consulting firm, CentraSol, located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area. The firm has been proactive in education about ICD-10 and sharing that knowledge within the EMS community.
